Down Payment Assistance for Avondale, Buckeye and Goodyear Home Buyers!

Buyers purchasing homes in Avondale, Buckeye and Goodyear are receiving up to $20,000 in downpayment and closing costs assistance!!!

 

Avondale Buckeye Goodyear Home BuyersThe Pathway to Purchase (P2P) Down Payment Assistance Program is taking the West Valley by storm!  Smart buyers are taking advantage of the program offered by the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and the Arizona Home Foreclosure Prevention Funding Corporation (AHFPFC) and receiving 10% of the purchase price to use toward their down payment and/or closing costs (up to a maximum of $20,000)!!  

Buyers must qualify and some restrictions apply.  There are a total of 17 cities in the Phoenix area that qualify for this program.
